2. Product Nature & Specifications

The 90-Minute Drip supplies premium master-copy football jerseys, fan kits, and retro apparel made with high-grade breathable polyester, authentic stitching density, and durable heat-pressed detailing.

• Finishes: We provide jerseys in both full sublimation and embroidered crest finishes as indicated on product listings.
• Sizing: All sizing charts adhere to standardized Indian body dimensions. Customers are urged to review our Size Guide prior to finalizing orders.
• Color Representation: While we take great care in photography, subtle variances in shade may occur due to device display profiles.

3. Custom Name & Number Printing

We offer personalized custom printing (player name and squad number) on select jerseys.

• The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accurate spelling of names and correct choice of squad numbers.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Once a jersey has undergone custom thermal printing to your specific text, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for another size unless an error was made on our part or the garment arrived physically defective.

4. Pricing, Payments & Orders

All prices are stated in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (GST).

• Payment must be authorized in full via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or NetBanking) before an order enters dispatch processing.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in instances of typographical pricing errors, fraudulent payment signals, or unexpected stock unavailability, in which case an immediate full refund will be processed back to the customer's source account.

5. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Items purchased from our store are shipped via reputed third-party logistics partners (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post). Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon verified courier delivery to the address provided during checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, The 90-Minute Drip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use garments or the website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the disputed order.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to our website or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala, India.
