As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp confirmation containing your courier AWB tracking number and direct tracking URL. You can also track your status anytime on our Track Order Portal.
6. Delivery Delays & Incomplete Addresses
While 98% of shipments arrive within estimated windows, unforeseen weather events, local curfew/bandhs, or national festival rushes may cause minor transit delays. Please ensure your contact phone number is reachable so delivery executives can contact you for OTP or address landmarks.
